Dr. Marry has been teaching Martial Arts for over 30 years and is the highest ranked instructor under Master Robert Vingiquerra. He studied Chen Tai Chi under Young Chen while in chiropractic school and teaches the Chen Tai Chi short form. Because of Dr. Marry's deep appreciation of western and eastern approaches to health he brought Tai Chi to his patients as a rehab and exercise platform that fits perfectly with chiropractic's strong emphasis on posture and breath control. Each Tai Chi class will focus both on the form itself and the specific health benefits of each technique being taught that day.
Additionally, Dr. Marry has developed a self-defense curriculum centered on the automatic responses of the human nervous system. This creates a faster learning curve and helps the individual develop in a way consistent with their own hardwired responses. Self-defense will teach skills but also test endurance and fitness. You must be at least 15 years old or have permission from Dr. Marry to attend.
